FastEver - Quickly create Evernote text note App Reviews

This app doesnt do a whole lot. Its useful because the full Evernote client is inevitably bloated with everything you can do for consulting your notes, and often you just need to add something without waiting or penalizing your battery life. There are other apps on the store based on the exact same premise and price point. I havent used them, so I cant tell you this is the best in the category. It probably was the first, as I hadnt seen the others when I purchased this; since I already own it I will continue to use it. Nevertheless, its a rare 5-starrer for me because there simply arent any downsides. Maybe theres a lean startup/MVC case study to be had here: promise very little and deliver: people will be glad if your non-disruptive non-innovation significantly enhances their lives.

It seems as fast to bring up Evernote itself.

Yah, it is super fast but, as mentioned before it takes about the same amount of time as regular app and with less functionality. pretty much a waste of $1.99 if you ask me.

Evernote is an extension of my memory, and I needed a no fuss app where I can quickly jot down notes with as little clicks as possible. This app does exactly that. To other reviewers who say that opening up Evernote is just as fast - not really. Compare: - open app, click "+", tap to add title, tap again to write note, tap save, tap "+" again for another note With FastEver: - open app, write title, tap return for note, save, and write again. For somebody who uses Evernote almost every hour during work, FastEver is my tool of choice for efficiency and productivity.

Nice to have app. Makes entering note snippets into Evernote fast and easy. Needs an option to record audio notes, which the developer has said is on the drawing board. Then Ill give five stars.

Quick and easy way to get things into Evernote. It loads faster than the Evernote app (not a surprise since it doesnt have to load all my notes) and I can quickly jot down my thought or idea and know itll be safe in Evernote. Perfectly reliable app that makes my phone so much more useful for me. Dec 2012 - still using it multiple times a day, still love it!

Seriously, this things more reliable at storing notes than the Evernote app - especially when theres little to no reception.

Evernotes great for storage but I got tired of its slow load time and sluggish operation on the iPhone. This great little app got me using it again.

Works as advertised. Opens quickly so you can jot down whatever you need then move on. Works with Evernote of course and then you can sync notes to other devices.

The quickest way to enter notes. Much snappier than the Evernote interface on an iPhone 4.

After using an alternative for a couple of weeks, Ive gladly returned to FastEver. It simply is the fastest way to send stuff to Evernote, hands down, bar none. The speed and ease at which I can enter text and then forget about it (until I process my Evernote inbox later) is astounding and a game-changer for busy people. This is the best information capture app on the planet.

Much faster than Evernote to offload input off my mind. Latest versions have numerous bugs with bad internet connection: at first some notes that have not been upload instantly got stuck forever. Now it adds +1 stuck note upon every program launch.
